Linda Ronstadt and Dolores Huerta Documentary Wins National Video Award

Mexican Heritage Corporation (MHC), the non-profit producer of the San Jose Mexican Heritage and Mariachi Festival, and CreaTV San Jose, San Jose’s cable access station, announced today that their joint production about the Festival’s premier of an original musical on the Mexican Revolution has won a Hometown Award for Best Cultural Perspectives Video awarded by the National Alliance for Community Media. The award is the equivalent of the Emmys in Community Broadcast.
